Work Pattern : Day

Duration        : Initially Part-time or May be Full Time

Job Description :

We are small and fast growing company working in import & export business that require an organised reliable candidate to work in our office. The role will be based at Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will be working as part of the secretary and covering general admin duties. Must have experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook and Excel, and experience of typing. Duties will include typing of correspondence, good in manual Accounting, reports and documents, including preparing presentations, arranging meetings including conferences and events. Dealing with telephone calls. Ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

Job Title         :Telemarketing

Work Pattern : Day

Job Purpose  :

The successful candidate will work as part of a small, targeted team responsible for conducting telephone calls to qualified and unqualified leads and arranging appointments for our field based sales people.

Main Responsibilities  :

    • To carry out the required number of calls to a highly professional standard ensuring that these calls are focussed and generate the maximum number of appointments
    • To maintain and build the prospect database by confirming specified customer details
    • To drive all activity to meet and exceed personal and team targets.

Skills and Experience  :

The successful candidate will have

      • Excellent communication skills.
      • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • A outgoing, confident and enthusiastic telephone manner with the ability to produce results
      • Previous Telemarketing experience desirable although training will be available to an excellent candidate
